Our Story

The Niwot Inn & Spa is a beautiful thirteen room Bed and Breakfast centrally located in the heart of historic Niwot, Colorado. We are located just 10 minutes from both Boulder and Longmont, 40 minutes from Denver, and 50 minutes from Estes Park. Our small town is a quaint hidden gem with restaurants, shops, and art galleries just steps from our front doors. Our luxurious guestrooms are each distinctly unique. From the floor-to-ceiling natural stone fireplaces to the walls of hand-plastered Native American clay, the Inn invites you to relax and soak up the warm, comfortable ambiance. The intimate setting and little details that went into building the Inn are really what sets it apart from a larger hotel. Some rooms have steam showers, others have jetted Jacuzzi tubs, and we even have heated toilet seats! Every guest room has a fireplace and hand carved furniture that captures the feel of an elegant Colorado lodge. Included with your stay is a healthy continental breakfast, as well as a wine and cheese hour every evening. Dietary and living preferences are all noted and accommodated to make sure that your stay includes all of the comforts one can find at home.
